  • Help our support team guide you properly

In many cases, the issue can be resolved without a replacement.

⏰What is the time limit to request a replacement?

You can raise a complaint within 30 days of delivery.

  • Within 7 days: Replacement is free of cost
  • After 7 days: Replacement may include additional charges

🚚How does the replacement process work?

Once your issue is approved, we offer two replacement options:

Option A:

You ship the product to our warehouse. After receiving it, we dispatch the replacement within 5 working days.

Option B:

We arrange a courier pickup and deliver your replacement within 14 working days.
